The 2019 Annual Water Quality Report is now available for download.

NOTICE: The Town of Clay is in the process of updating all water meters to a new radio read, drive by system. Starting December 4, 2018, Water Department Technicians will be knocking on doors installing these devices. All Technicians are equipped with an Official Town Vehicle and proper attire. If you are not home, they will leave a post card on your door. To assist in installation, you must call our office to set up an appointment. We can be reached at (315) 652-3800 ext. 147 or by email at water@townofclay.org. The new update should take about ten minutes and will assist the Water Department read meters more efficiently, ultimately saving tax dollars for our residents.

Attention: To accomidate residents during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Town has installed a drop box in front of the main offices under the rooftop/canopy. Please feel free to drop off your payment. Collections will be made throughout the day. NO CASH. Thank you and stay safe!
