NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public hearing December 21, 2020, commencing at 7:35 P.M., local time, at the Town Hall, located at 4401 New York State Route 31, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, State of New York, to consider the application of B. SCOTT GILLESPIE (4-5 LUMBER WAY, LLC) FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT pursuant to Section 230-17 C. (2) (e) [3] to allow for motor vehicle rental, on land located at 4 Lumber Way, Liverpool, Tax Map No. 114.-02-22.3.
At such time all persons interested in said application for a Special Permit will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Clay Town Board.
