At a Special Meeting of the Town Board, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, held at the Town Hall, Clay, New York on the 7th of January, 2005 at 12:00 P.M., there were:

David Tessier              Commissioner of Planning & Development

Doug Wickman            Town Engineer

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Rupprecht at 12:00 P.M. All present joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Appointment - Assessor:

Supervisor Rupprecht moved the adoption of a resolution appointing Robert A. Bick as Assessor for the Town of Clay, term to expire September 30, 2007. Motion was seconded by Councilor Ulatowski.

Ayes-6 and Noes-0. Carried.

Adjournment:

The meeting was adjourned at 12:12 P.M. upon motion by Councilor Bray and seconded by Councilor Rowley. Ayes-6 and Noes-0. Carried.
