At the Special Meeting of the Town Board, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, held at the Town Hall, Clay, New York on the 23rd of December, 2004 at 4:00 P.M., there were:

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Rupprecht at 4:00 P.M. All present joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Projects/Deed - PINE GATE ACRES SECTION NO. 11B:

Councilor Palmer moved the adoption of a resolution accepting a deed for “Open Land” from GREENFIELD HOMES, LLC, as shown on a Final Plan prepared by Ianuzi and Romans, P.C, Land Surveyors entitled PINE GATE ACRES SECTION NO. 11B dated July 12,
2004, consisting of 3.486 acres. Motion was seconded by Councilor Rowley.

Ayes-4 and Noes-0. Carried.

Securities (rescinding)/Project - PINE GATE ACRES TRACT, SECTION NOS. 11B, 13B and 13C:

Councilor Palmer moved the adoption of a resolution rescinding a portion of a resolution passed December 6th, 2004 Town Board Meeting item 8, that pertains to developer posting funds $18,000.00 Park Land Contribution” the remainder of said resolution shall stand in its entirety. (Land being deeded in lieu of Parkland fees). Motion was seconded by Councilor Ulatowski.

Ayes-4 and Noes-0. Carried.

Securities (releasing )/Project - PINE GATE ACRES TRACT, SECTION NOS. 11A, 13A and 12:

Councilor Palmer moved the adoption of a resolution releasing Park Land funds posted for PINE GATE ACRES SECTION NOS. 11 A and 13A in the amount of $11,100.00 (37 lots x $300.00) and to release check 266 being held in the amount of $9,300.00 for PINE
GATE ACRES SECTION NO. 12 (31 lots x 300.00). Motion was seconded by Councilor Ulatowski.

Ayes-4 and Noes-0. Carried.
