OF CLAY NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing April 21st, 2008, commencing at 7:41 P.M., local time, at the New Town Hall, 4401 New York State Route 31, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, New York, to consider the application of JOSEPH S. JANOWSKI, THOMAS W. CROSBY and SAVEMORE MARKETS, INC., for a change of zone from RA-100 Residential/Agricultural District to RC-1 Regional Commercial District on the following described property for the purpose of developing a commercial business.
The property which is the subject of ths application is located at 7917 Oswego Road Liverpool, New York (Tax Map Nos. 080.-01-04.1; 080.-01-05.0 and 080.-01-06.1) and being bounded and described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga and State of New York, being part of Military Lot No. 61 in said Town, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly boundary of Oswego Road (Old Route No. 57 - County Route No. 91) with the southerly boundary of lands conveyed to Wendcuse Realty, LLC by deed recorded in Book 4334 of Deeds at page 10 in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office; running thence southwesterly along said westerly boundary of Oswego Road (Old Route No. 57 - County Route No. 91) the following courses and distances: 1) S 22° 01' 13" W, 255.59 feet; 2) S 45° 46' 11" W, 27.31 feet; 3) S 01° 43' 45" E, 27.31 feet; 4) S 22° 01' 13" W, 131.40 feet to a point in the northerly boundary of lands conveyed to Esther M. Solazzo by deed recorded in Book 4410 of Deeds at page 163 in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office; thence S 87° 00' 20" W, along said northerly boundary of Solazzo, the northerly boundary of lands conveyed to Marilyn A. Corey, Vincent E. Corey and Mary L. Corey by deed recorded in Books 4400 & 2113 of Deeds at pages 89 & 636, respectively, in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office and the northerly boundary of lands conveyed to Vincent E. Corey and Paul Ey by deed recorded in Book 2954 of Deeds at page 190 in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office, respectively, a distance of 2018.44 feet to the southeasterly corner of lands conveyed to Mark R. Whiting by deed recorded in Book 4949 of deeds at page 102 in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office; thence N 33° 23' 43" W along the easterly boundary of said Whiting, a distance of 459.13 feet to an angle point therein; thence N 32° 26' 12" W, continuing along said easterly boundary of Whiting, a distance of 640.85 feet to the northeasterly corner thereof; thence S 86° 22’ 27” W, along the northerly boundary of said Whiting, a distance of 850.31 feet to a point in the easterly boundary of the Seneca River; thence northwesterly along said easterly boundary of the Seneca River the following courses and distances: 1) N 30° 59' 52" W, 42.20 feet; 2) N 29° 51' 19" W, 66.01 feet; 3) N 30° 59' 59" W, 219.16 feet to the southwesterly corner of lands conveyed to Donald Gabor, Jr. by deed recorded in Book 3790 of Deeds at page 140 in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office, said point also being in the north line of said Military Lot No. 61; thence N 87° 12' 00" E, along said north line of Military Lot No. 61, the southerly boundary of said Gabor, Jr. and a southerly boundary of lands conveyed to Galileo Apollo IV SUB, LLC by deed recorded in Book 4901 of Deeds at page 956 in the Onondaga County Clerk's Office, a distance of 2753.11 feet to a point; thence S 05° 26' 25" E along a westerly boundary of said Galileo Apollo IV SUB, LLC, a distance of 829.78 feet to the most southwesterly corner thereof; thence N 87° 00' 20" E along the most southerly boundary of said Galileo Apollo IV SUB, LLC and said southerly boundary of Wendcuse Realty, LLC, a distance of 964.87 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 58.02 acres of land, more or less. SUBJECT to any easements or restrictions of record.
At such time all persons interested in said change of zone will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Clay Town Board.
