TOWN OF CLAY NOTICE

 

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing April 21st, 2008, commencing at 7:38 P.M., local time, at the New Town Hall, 4401 New York State Route 31, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, New York, to consider the application of JOSEPH S. JANOWSKI and TIMOTHY D. REEVES for a change of zone from RA-100 Residential/Agricultural District to O-2 Office District on the following described property for the purpose of constructing a future Medical Office.

            The property which is the subject of this application is located at 8086 Oswego Road, Liverpool, New York  (Tax Map No. 068.-07-17.0) and being bounded and described as follows:   ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga and State of New York, being part of Military Lot 49 in said Town, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly boundary of County Route 57 (Oswego Road) at its intersection with the southeasterly boundary of Balboa Drive; running thence N 45° 47' 00" E along said southeasterly boundary of Balboa Drive, a distance of 322.50 feet to its intersection with the southwesterly boundary of Monterey Park, Section No. 1, as shown on a Final Plan of said tract filed in Onondaga County Clerk's Office as Map No. 5231; thence S 43° 34' 25" E along said southwesterly Tract boundary, a distance of 376.00 feet to its intersection with the northwesterly boundary of lands of Taber H. Rich and Gail Rich (reputed owners); thence S 45° 47' 00' W along said northwesterly boundary, a distance of 112.50 feet to its intersection with the northeasterly boundary of lands of John A. Massaro and Elena Massaro (reputed owners); thence N 43° 34' 25" W along said northeasterly boundary, a distance of 88.00 feet to the most northerly corner of said lands of Massaro; thence S 45° 47' 00" W along the northwesterly boundary of said lands of Massaro, a distance of 210.00 feet to its intersection with said northeasterly boundary of County Route 57 (Oswego Road); thence N 43° 34' 25" W along said northeasterly highway boundary, a distance of 288.00 feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT to any easements and restrictions of record.

At such time all persons interested in said change of zone will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Clay Town Board.
