LIVERPOOL BOYS LACROSSE CAMP-2009

Location: Liverpool High School Annex fields and turf. 
Dates: July 27th-August 7th, 2009 - 2 week program
Basic skills and fundamentals of the game will be stressed. There will be reps from Brine, Nike and Maverick Lacrosse contest (radar gun and accuracy).  The last day of camp will have a surprise twist!
Ages/Times:  
Kids entering Grades 2-8: 8:30-10:00 AM. 
Kids entering Grades 9-12: 10:30 AM-12:30 PM 
Requirements: Each player should be prepared with a NCAA approved men's lacrosse stick, gloves, helmet, arm pads and mouthpiece. Shoulder pads and rib pads are recommended but not required. Helmets will be provided for campers who have none. In addition, each camp participant should bring a water bottle clearly labeled. Water coolers will be supplied for refilling. 
Fees: $75.00 for both weeks/$50.00 for one week.  If you sign up before May 1st, the cost of the camp is $60.00 for both weeks.

LIVERPOOL GIRL'S LACROSSE CAMP - 2009

Dates: June 22nd-June 26th, 2009 (Mon.-Fri.) -  Level 1 & 2
Times/Ages: Session 1: 4:00-5:30 PM (Mon.-Thurs.) and 9:00-10:30 AM (Fri.) for girls entering grades 3 through 7; Session 2: 6:00-8:00 PM (Mon.-Thurs.) and 11:00 AM-1:00 PM (Fri.) for girls entering grades 8 through 12. We stress fundamentals in all phases of lacrosse.  There will be two levels: one for players new to the program to include basics, fundamentals, game strategy and a second for returning players to include advanced skill, techniques and game strategy, also featuring goal keeping.
Equipment: NCAA approved women's lacrosse stick, mouthpiece, and labeled water bottle, athletic wear and healthy snack, water cooler will be provided for refilling.

Location: Morgan Rd. Elementary School Annex. Athletic Complex. 
Dates: July 27th-July 31st, 2009 (Monday-Friday) 
Times: Seniors-  9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon; Juniors- 1:00 to 3:00 PM
Ages: Seniors 1 & 2- Ages 11-13 & 14+; Juniors 1 & 2 - Ages 5-8 & 9-11.
Juniors: small fun groups covering basic skills, players encouraged to play all positions, daily matches.  Seniors: in depth and strategy, both defensive and attacking play, special situations, daily grid work and full field competition.  Each player will receive individual and group instruction in offensive and defensive drills, game situations and special play situations. There will be daily inter-camp matches.
Fee: Seniors - $75.00 (includes camp t'shirt, athletic trainer on site)
Juniors - $55.00 (includes camp t'shirt, athletic trainer on site)

Session I: 8:30-11:30 AM & 12:15-2:15 PM - $ 45.00 - fielding, hitting, throwing, catching and base running and fast-pitch pitching in the afternoon session.
Session II: 8:30-11:30 AM -$40.00 - morning session only.

LIVERPOOL GIRL'S VOLLEYBALL CAMP-2009

Times: Session I: - 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Grades 5, 6 & 7. (next school year); This camp is for beginners.  The emphasis is on teaching the basic skills of passing, setting, serving, spiking and digging. 
Session II: -11:30 AM-1:30 PM - Grades 8 & 9 (next school year). This camp is for intermediate players with some game experience.  The emphasis is on teaching the basic skills preparing athletes for the next level.
Session III: -2:00-4:30 PM - Grades 10, 11 & 12 (next school year). This camp is for the more experienced player.  We will have college coaches and players teaching the higher skills necessary to compete. 
Fee: $55.00 (incl. trainer, camp t-shirt, individual instruction).

           Entering grade 9: *If your son IS enrolled in our Strength/Speed & Agility Camp with Coach Corasaniti, follow the same schedule as the 10th grade group; *If your son is NOT enrolled in our Strength/Speed & Agility Camp with Coach Corasaniti, follow the same as the 8th grade or lower group.
           Entering grade 8 & lower: [report to lower gym on Monday] Monday-5:45-9:15 PM; Tuesday thru Thursday-5:45-9:00 PM; Friday-9:00 AM-Noon.
Ages: Boys 11-18 (who have not started classes for their Senior year). Specializing in multiple I offense, basic defense techniques, all phases of the kicking game, strength training and speed training.
Equipment: Lunch, tee shirt, shorts, football shoes, sneakers (change of cloth in case of inclement weather)
Fee: $75.00 (if registered by July 11th, 2009); $90.00 (walk-in registration on July 13th at 5:00 PM at CNS boys PE office).

NORTHSTAR GIRL'S FIELD HOCKEY CAMP-2009
Director: CNS Coaching Staff 
Location: Cicero North Syracuse High School Stadium.
Dates: July 1st thru August 5th, every Wednesday from 4:30-8:00 PM-$40.00 or August 10th thru August 14th from 8:00-Noon-$70.00. 
Ages: Girls entering Grades 7 and older (who have not started classes for their senior year).
Fee: $40.00 Wednesday Camp includes camp t'shirt; $70.00 Week Camp includes camp t'shirt.  $100.00 for both camps pre-paid. Checks/money orders only payable: Town of Clay Northstar Field Hockey.

Times: 9:00 AM-12:00 Noon.
Ages: Boys between the ages of 7-18 (who have not started classes for their senior year).

Dates: August 3d-August 6th, 2009 (Monday-Thursday) 
Times: 5:00-7:00 PM.
Ages: Girls  entering 3rd-8th grades.
Fee: $65.00 per player. Checks/money orders only payable: Town of Clay Northstar Girls Lacrosse. 
What to Bring:
Own lacrosse stick, goggles & mouth guard.  Players need to wear appropriate clothing and sneakers/cleats for playing outdoors.  Also bring water bottles with name marked on bottle.

Location: No. Syracuse Junior High School, Taft Rd.
Dates:  August 3rd-August 7th, 2009 - (Mon.-Fri.).
Micro-Soccer:
Girls entering Kindergarten-2nd grade: 9:00-11:00 AM.
Junior Session:  Girls entering grades 3 thru 6: 9:00-11:00 AM.
Senior Session: Girls entering grades 7th-12th : 12:00-3:00 PM.
Fee:  Micro and Junior Session-$65.00 includes camp t'shirt; Senior Session-$85.00 per player includes camp t'shirt. Athletic Trainer on site.  Checks/money orders are payable to: Town of Clay Northstar Girls Soccer Camp.

STRENGTH & SPEED CAMP-2009
Director: Vinnie Corasaniti - CNS Assistant Varsity Football Coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. 
Location: Cicero-North Syracuse High School
Dates: Begins June 29th-Ends August 14th, 2009 
Times/Schedule: Mon./Tues./Thurs./Fri. (12:00-2:00 PM or 2:00-4:00 PM-register either time).
Ages: Boys entering 9th grade thru 12th.  Specializing in speed and strength training by using the latest technology in equipment, along with sports specific running and lifting techniques.  The program consists of dynamic flexibility, plyometrics, resisted & assisted sprinting, and football specific weight lifting (explosive lifts, core exercise, full body movement, etc.)
Equipment: Tee shirt, shorts, sneakers & cleats for training on grass - BRING WATER!.
Fee: $85.00 if registered before the first day of camp (6/29); $95.00 if registered after (no exceptions).

Ages: no limit up to 12th grade (parent's judgement w/young children)
