NORTHSTAR
BASEBALL WINTER CLINIC
The winter clinic is designed to provide young student athletes
with an opportunity to develop and enhance their baseball skills
in a fun-filled environment. An experienced and enthusiastic
coaching staff will teach all the fundamental skills that are
necessary for one to develop into a better baseball player.
It is important that the participants experience success while at
the same time develop a love for the game of baseball.
WHEN: Tuesday, Feb.
16-Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010-3 day clinic.
LOCATION: Gillette Rd. Middle School-lg. gym, 6150 So. Bay Rd.
FOR: Session 1-8:00-11:00 AM - Gr. 1 thru 4
Session
2-11:30 AM-2:30 PM - Gr. 5 thru 9
COST: $50.00 - Full payment must accompany each application.
Payment must be received by February 12th, 2010. There will be
no at the door registration if clinic is full. In order to
maintain individual attention and involvement, clinic size is
limited especially since the clinic is inside. All
participants will receive a Town of Clay Northstars Baseball
Winter Clinic t'shirt. Forms are available through the TOC
Recreation Office and Northstar Baseball Coaching Staff.
NORTHSTAR
NET-QUEST BOYS BASKETBALL CAMP
This camp is designed to provide young athletes with an opportunity
to develop and enhance their basketball skills in a fun filled
environment. The camp director is John Haas, CNS boy's
basketball coach. All facets of the game are emphasized on a
daily basis. Players are given equal playing time to apply and
practice these skills in game situations. Instruction will be
provided by experienced coaches.

DATES: April 19th-April 22nd, 2010 (Spring Break)
FEE: $90.00 for the week. Each player will receive a t'shirt.
Bring lunches or concession will serve pizza, candy and chips (NO
DRINKS SOLD).

CLAY BASKETBALL LEAGUE
This is an instructional league for youth.
LOCATION: No. Syracuse Jr. School
DATES: Sat. Jan. 9th-March 27th, 2010
TIME:
· Division 1: 8:30-9:30 AM - Grades 2 & 3
· Division 2: 9:30-10:45 AM - Grades 4, 5 & 6
· Division 3: 10:45 AM-12:00 PM - Grades 7 & 8
FEE: $50:00 per child.
Pre-registration: Town of Clay Recreation office or;
REGISTRATION: Sat. Jan. 9th, during your child's
designated playing time is you missed the pre-registration.
LIVERPOOL OPTIMIST
BASKETBALL
[Not a Town of Clay Recreation sponsored program]
A youth basketball league dedicated
to teaching basketball skills, good sportsmanship and teamwork.
Registration forms will be mailed
home to past participants and will be available in each of the
Liverpool Schools. Registration will be held at Morgan Road Elementary School on Wetzel Road in
Liverpool, Sept. 27th, Sept. 30th, Oct. 1st, Oct. 5th, & Oct.
11th, 2009 from 6:30-8:30 PM: Registration in all leagues is limited.

Boys - Grades 2 thru 12
Girls - Grades 2 thru 11

GIRL'S FAST PITCH
SOFTBALL CLINIC
Instructional program designed to
develop and improve softball pitching technique during the off season.
AGES: Girls ages 8 and up

North Syracuse Junior High School
DATES: Tues. Oct. 20th, 2009 thru Feb. 9th, 2010.
TIME: 7:00-8:00 PM-Rookies (beginners); 8:00-9:30 PM-Experienced
(experienced determined by Coach Bennett).
FEE: $50.00 per student.

CNS VOLLEYBALL
CLINIC
This clinic is designed to provide
young student athletes with an opportunity to develop and enhance
their volleyball skills in a fun filled environment. This is a
great opportunity just prior to the start of the modified
season. The clinic director is Jamie McMullen, CNS Junior
Varsity Girl's Volleyball Coach. All facets of the game are
emphasized. Players are given equal playing time to apply and
practice these skills in game situations. Coach McMullen and her
junior varsity team will provide instruction.
AGES: Girls Grades 7 to 9

DATES: Saturday, Oct. 24th, 2009
TIME: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
FEE: $20.00 per student.

WRESTLING "LITTLE WARRIORS'
This clinic will include basic
introduction, stance, takedowns, set-ups, sprawling, starting
position, breakdowns, pinning combinations, mat wrestling,
escapes, reversals, counters and live
wrestling.
