SENIOR PROGRAMMING
Join us at our renovated Clay Senior Center located on Route 31 in the old fire barn across from Immanuel Lutheran Church.
The Clay Senior Center offers many and varied programs to Clay Seniors including - Cards,
Chorus, Arts & Crafts, Quilting, Nutrition Lunches, Bingo, Fitness Programs, Muse
Workshops, Vintage Vines-Red Hatters,
just to name a few!
In addition, the Clay Senior Coordinator will provide day and overnight trips, and
there are covered dish meetings and specialty programs too!
We at the Town of Clay are please and proud to be able to offer Clay
Seniors the very best in quality Senior programming. Not signed up for
the Senior newsletter, the Clay Pigeon? Contact Contact our office at 652-3800 extension
137 to be put on the mailing list. Also, any changes to your address
should be reported to the Clay Senior Coordinator to insure you
receive you newsletter and not miss out on any events offered. Town of Clay residents only, please!

Advisory Board Meeting: First Tuesday of the Month at the Senior Center. Your input is welcome.

Duplicate Bridge/Open Pool - call Al 652-3659 for cards schedule. Tuesdays

Suggested donation $2.25 at the door. Bingo following third
Wednesday of every month luncheon - Stay and Play. Check you

Thursdays - 12:00 Noon - Covered Dish Fellowship -
Bring your specialty covered dish to share and place setting -
Dessert, Beverage and Program provided! $1.00 suggested donation at

Luncheons: Every Wednesday of the month -
12:30 PM. Must register by calling 652-3800 x 137. Donation $2.25

Muse Workshop: Join us at the
Clay Senior Center as we "Reconnect To Your Artist Soul'. Time to
relax and do something just for you. Spend some time on yourself
and take a moment to rediscover your artist soul within. Join in
these mature "Girl to Girl" workshops meant to remind you
that your inner creativity is important to your soul. Phone Chrissy to register at 652-3800 x

Workshop fee
includes materials - varies on project. This is a continuation
of the "Muse Workshop" series.

for Clay Senior Programs held at Gold Gym: Senior Fitness Program: New classes begin every month at Gold's
Gym. Must
pre-register by contacting Beth at Gold's Gym - 451-5050 and let
her know you are a Town of Clay Senior for cost. This program includes
resist-a-bands, stability balls, low impact aerobics, walking and aqua
fitness. Must be 60+. Clay

Important Trip Information:
Direct all questions and registration to the Town of Clay Recreation
Department at 652-3800 ext. 137 (Senior Coordinator) Monday-Friday
from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM or email seniors@townofclay.org.
Reserve your spot before sending your money. Many trips close early.
Please note the following:
· Separate checks for each trip - with trip marked on the memo part
of your check.
· Make checks payable to Town of Clay Seniors.
· Note handicap seating when registering.
· Cancellations - No refund 30 days prior to trip. For Day Trips 48
hour notice or travel group policy for registration. If you do not
show up at your bus stop there will be no refund.
· Non-residents may call and be put on a waiting list. Clay Seniors
first, then we will do our best to accommodate you.
